You can cancel at any time, and we simply don't renew at the next billing cycle. Calliflower is web based. We can support Macs, PCs, PCs running Linux, and so on. So long as you have an up to date browser (ie, not IE 6), and flash, you're fine. Recordings can be downloaded, or hosted on Calliflower. If you stop using Calliflower, the recordings will continue to be there. Periodically we archive very old recordings, replacing them with a message that says that the recording has been archived, and instructing the user to contact support to obtain a copy.
