How does the free trial work?
Go ahead and create a Calliflower account. You don’t need to enter any credit card information. For 14 days, enjoy unlimited minutes and unlimited calls with our full feature package for up to 10 participants per call. At the end of the trial period, choose one of our packages with the right number of minutes for you.
What are worldwide minutes?
Every Callfilower plan offers multiple call-in options for your convenience. Call in by phone using our worldwide network of dial-in numbers, or use your computer to call with Calliflower Connect, or even Skype. Regardless of how you call in, your minutes include it, with no extra charges or fees from us.
How are minutes accumulated?
Minutes are calculated per participant, per call. For example, if you host a 60-minute meeting with 5 callers, you will have used 300 minutes. You can find your current usage in your profile. You can see how many minutes you have used altogether in your current billing cycle.
What happens if I run out of minutes?
Don’t worry. Our overage costs are only 2.9c per minute. You also have the option to easily upgrade your plan to get more minutes. Just go to your profile and click ‘Upgrade’, and we’ll automatically direct you to your upgrade options.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
We know how troublesome cancellations can be. That’s why with Calliflower, our plans are billed monthly. If you choose to cancel your service, you will only be responsible for the charges you incur till the end of your monthly billing cycle. After that, your Calliflower service will be terminated, with no hidden charges or cancellation fees.
What types of payments do you accept?
Currently, we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. If you need invoices, send us an email at email@example.com . We’re here to help.
How do I change my plan?
Simply click on your profile, and press Upgrade in the Usage Summary. You will automatically be directed to your upgrade options. If you have a special request for your business, contact our sales team (firstname.lastname@example.org ) and we’ll create a custom plan that’s right for you.
Can I add a toll-free number to my service?
Of course! Click ‘Dial in Numbers’ and then Add Toll Free. There is a small additional charge for toll free, which we’ll include in your monthly payment.
