Hi Laurie,

I've tried to answer your questions as best I can. Feel free to call us at 416-479-9648 if you would like further explanation.

You can type names and email into the address book manually or you can import your existing address book from Outlook, Gmail etc.
We are in the process of adding groups to the address book, however currently there is no way to create a group.
Phone numbers only show up for a people who you have added them for. If a contact has their own Calliflower account, we don't display their email or phone number to protect their privacy.

Thanks,
Noam Tomczak

Comment on Today I had two calls. One I organised, the other I did not, and wasn’t invited to through the calliflower system. They were close together. The first I was auto-connected to by the (really useful) system that recognises the number you’re calling from. However, I then couldn’t get onto the other call until I deleted the first call in your system. Is there any way around that – i.e. to get the system to *not* autoconnect me to a call I’m signed up for if I want to join another call? Thanks. by admin

I would say their needs to be a way when you dial in to use maybe a ** sequence to get you to a menu where you can input a call code. Isn't this a simple fix?

Actually what I meant was... how do I have participants who were not on the call gain access to listening to it afterwards...WITHOUT being able to actually download it? Thanks. As for prerecording the conference call, I would think that I could record on my Sonny Walkman and then just play it into the receiver? Is that too low tech?

Hi Anne,

You can't set up a recording and play it back during a call, no. This is a much requested feature, and we will likely release it in the future. But at the moment, Calliflower doesn't have this capability.

I understand I can send a link which participants can listen to and download.
How do I allow them to listen to the recording without having the capability of downloading the recording to protect copyright?
I think you already told me but my notes are not clear.
Do I just ask them to go to their email invitation and go back to that link so they can click on it and listen?
Thank you!
