Calliflower recordings are high quality MP3 files without a significant amount of file compression. Recorded conference calls are therefore often large files which makes them difficult to send via email.

There are several ways you can distribute those files:

1. Email a link. From your browser, copy the link of the file and paste it into your browser. Within the call dashboard, press the Share button, and copy the link for the recording that appears. Windows users can also right click the recording and copy the link.
2. Download the file and host it elsewhere. Bloggers and podcasters frequently download the recordings, edit them, and then upload them to their own hosting service. Then the files can be distributed by sending a link, or subscription via the blog's RSS feed.
