You can share recordings in a number of ways. Firstly return to the call dashboard for your call and find the Recordings section.

To share the recording with participants:

1. Click on the Publish button
2. Fill out a message for participants.
3. Click Publish

Participants will be sent an email with a link to the Call Dashboard and will be able to listen to the recoding in the Call Dashboard. Participants will not be able to download the recording however!

To share the call recording via a link for download:

1. click on the button beside the recording.
2. copy the URL, and send that URL through Email or IM to the people requesting the recording.

Anyone with the link will be able to download the recording to their computer.

Download the Recording yourself:

1. Click on the Musical Note icon next to the recording.

The recording will download to your computer.
