Does everyone need to be invited in order to participate? How can I simply send people the call-in information?
Calliflower has 2 ways to invite people to a conference call, and each has advantages and disadvantages.
1. You can schedule an open meeting, where your participants just need to enter the shared conference code. Once you have scheduled the call you can email or sms your conference code without your participants having to RSVP
2. You can mail the call link to your participants. This link will look like http://apps.callflower.com/conf/show/xxxxx and may also contain a very long string of identifying digits at the end if your call is a private call. Participants then click on the link, and are able to registor for, and participate in the call. This is a very simple way for you to mail invitations, and is very appropriate for events like teleseminars, or webinars where you might have a large invitation list. Frequent call participants may also want to create a Calliflower account so that they can upload an image of themselves, and access recordings of calls afterward.
