We are having a call with 30+ people. Will they automatically be muted when they first come on the call, or can they come on speaking and we then mute them individually?

People will only be muted automatically if you set the call into Webinar Mode or if you click "Mute All" before the call. The default behavior is that people will enter the call unmuted. You can then click "Mute All" at any time.
