There are three categories of participants on a Calliflower call -- organizers, moderators, and participants. Each has different capabilities than the other, with the organizer being the most powerful. The organizer of the call is the party that created that call. They have the ability to cancel or reschedule the call, and to appoint moderators. Moderators can't change the call itself, but they can invite additional participants, mute and un-mute participant lines, start and stop recordings, and so on. Participants can only affect their own participation in the call -- whether they personally raise or lower a hand, or mute / un-mute their line.
